What characteristic differences are between Romanian women and Polish women?

i feel are quite similar but i need opinions so please help me
Good day to all

Different races. Polish are Slaves and are mostly fair haired, Romanian are Latin and their hair is mostly chestnut. And speak different languages, too. But it seems to me that, despite the difference, they all speak very, very much, as any other women.
