If you mean Rio, the weather is very nice in July, its winter, so its not hot and humid like december/january, but you will get nice weather and there´s a lot to do by yourself. No matter if you like touristic spots, cultural stuff, beach…
Just try to stay in Leblon, rather than the obvious Copacabana and Ipanema. Leblon is close by, but much better.
